We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taska and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Informal Resolution
Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at legal@taskaapp.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
Arbitration Process
The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). The arbitration will be held in London, England, and will be conducted in English.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or technical failures.

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party services.

You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations. You may not use our Service in any country or region that is subject to government embargo or that has been designated by the government as a "terrorist supporting" country.

The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, it will be severed from these Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Taska regarding the use of the Service. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Taska.
