When Can You Request Data Deletion?

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data:

Processing Time

Timeline for Data Deletion

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. In complex cases, we may extend this period by up to 60 days, but we will inform you of any delay and the reasons for it.

Standard requests: 30 days
Complex requests: up to 60 days

What Happens After Deletion?

Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. This means:

Your account will be permanently closed
All your data will be removed from our systems
You will no longer receive any communications from us
You can create a new account in the future if you wish to use our services again
